This is a neat tune, only issue I seem to notice with your songs is they seem too quiet. Should raise the volume a little bit and it should help a lot.

Flufflet responds:

I know, In my game engine this isn't really a problem, but I might increase the volume by a bit (as you said) for the mp3 versions.

Digging this remix overall. The FL Slayer guitar reminds me of early 2008 - 2011 audio content and games I would spend a lot of time listening to or playing for hours. While the remix is great, not too sure why but the hi-hat feels off for some reason to me. It feels more like the hi-hat should be a less electronic sounding hi-hat if that makes sense.

Best of luck in the contest, hopefully you make it to the top 3 entries. :D

ChronoNomad responds:

Hey, thanks for the review, NekoMika! I really wanted to keep that classic sound, at least to some degree...it's just so nostalgic. Finding a hi-hat that I was satisfied with was quite a struggle for this, actually. Even when I finally settled on this one, I still felt conflicted, so I went through all the options again. It was a really annoying journey that just led back to the same hat, so in the end it was acceptance that won out. lol

It would be awesome to take one of those coveted top 3 spots, that's for sure! But there's a lot of fantastic competition already, and hopefully a few more entries still in the works. ^__^

Quite comedic, fantastic voice acting range. :o

Thank you so much! Glad you liked it!

First track to Newgrounds and this sounds delightful. Would be great to see this song or future content of yours featured in games and movies. Welcome to Newgrounds, hope you enjoy it here! :D

FBole responds:

Thank you ! Very much appreciated ! :)

Kind of reminds me of Tekken and .hack//GU, hope to hear more from you in the future. Very chill and awesome piece.

Hoverland responds:

Thank you very much!

This is really damn good, I think the volume at some parts needs to be adjusted for a smoother flow but other than that, pretty damn nice. Congrats on reach Popular Audio. :)

X3LL3N responds:

Thank you, I still can't believe that 2 of my audios happened to get there.
I spent like 3 hours on both and they are my best yet for some reason x)
I'm really glad you liked it :D

Gosh, this reminds me of the days when I would spend hours playing Pokemon Blue. S.S. Anne was one of the most peaceful yet sad sounding tunes to me for some reason. It was peaceful in that nothing bad was happening but sad because the ship and people were leaving and never returning.

I am not hearing anything I feel could have been done different, I am somewhat curious how this could have sounded if a violin was added though. :)

masterakuma99 responds:

Yeah Same for me. Everytime I get to that part as a kid I would leave my Gameboy on so I can listen to this song for hours on end.
Glad you liked it!

Smooth as heck, I like this tune a lot.

DreamEater responds:

Thank you so much for listening and taking the time to review NekoMika. I really appreciate it :)
