Well this is another good song. Only problem I had was the first few seconds of the song could have been cut off since there was a drum hit and then a few moments of silence before the guitar started up.

Really have to say, I loved how the guitar sounded with the phaser effect applied making it go back and forth on the sound. Who was doing the vocals by the way? They sound excellent while singing although at times it sounds like they are backing away from the microphone for a moment, I guess to catch their breath right?

The bass sounds really smooth and I like how the groove just seems to keep you there listening the whole time as well. The drums are also awesome sounding and enjoyed the drumming I heard here and the freestyle sounding moments were also great.

Overall, another awesome cover as usual!

Thanks SCTE3. If you turn your speakers up you will find there is no cut off at the start, it's just whispered lyrics as true to the original version of this song. Lead guitarist (my good friend Jim, yes the irony) is doing vocals on this track and the occasional quietness can indeed be attributed to distance from mic. The boys will enjoy this review. I can't say who, but you'd be surprised who your listening to. A great review as always.

Cheers gamejunkie.

Sounds rather charming and like it would be good credits for a tribute movie as well since it sounds similar to the original minus the overly pumped up combination of the synths and bass working together.

The synth here is really nice and kind of makes me think that it is partly mixed with a guitar to produce that rhythm that keeps on going. Then the bass helps the song keep going in the back and I like how it sounds more like an atmospheric bass sound. Also kind of funny how if one pays attention to the original and this cover it is really just a long beautiful melody of all the songs in the movie put into one tune.

The drums also sound really nice here and greatly done for simplicity. Liked how you added a filter to them for a cool effect. Great beat.

Overall, awesome cover.

Really like the soothing start to the song as it gets you motivated to just get up, walk around, and relax while the song plays in the background. Soothing sound that just sounds happy and very, very calm.

The main synth seems to have a slight echo effect applied as I hear echoes that carry on for a moment after every note that plays and it gives that feeling of just serenity as if the day was meant to be enjoyed every day.

The secondary synth I hear that comes in from time to time is also very beautiful and I like it kind of makes me think of someone singing and just being happy.

The bass I hear in the back is soft and makes me think that it might possibly be the main synth with the bass turned up a bit in the effects area so that there is a bass rhythm to the song. Sounds excellent. Then lastly is the drums which are calm and make me think of a character from F-Zero GX who was dancing at his screen.

Overall, this song is just very relaxing and dreamy. Excellent composition!

Really seems to be a calming tune and has a winter feel to it as if you were in the middle of the snow and looking for a warm place to just get out of it and be able to relax and warm up. Very nice song.

The main synth has a nice reverb sound to it as if bouncing off speakers and the such for a moment as each notes goes away while a new one appears and helps the song move along and keep going further. Very beautiful synth.

Then the secondary synth plays out on some higher notes with no echo, just kind of gives a feeling of someone wandering by wondering if you are there and wanting to help you out. The drums are nice, simplistic, and the claps give a good vibe to the song.

Overall, I think this song would be really nice to relax to. Beautiful composition!

The quality of this song could at least be higher. If you are doing this in an enclosed environment then you could have brought the microphone a lot closer so it would record it at a louder volume. That and hearing outside sounds such as light static and some breathing and possible tapping and the door at the end don't help this very much sadly.

The bass sounds really nice here along with the drums to create at an atmospheric tune so it goes well. The guitar playing was very smooth and was a good idea although instead of sudden silence from the guitar you could let their be a couple of long notes instead.

Overall, needs to be recorded in higher quality.

Really have to say that I enjoyed this song and the happy tone it has.

The classical feel and it also gives a feel of something wonderful that is getting ready to happen or has just happened.

The drum beat is very soft and light in the background, almost like someone lightly walking along as they refrain from losing their balance. The harp was very beautiful and nothing short of being the life of the song. The deep bass rhythm and trumpets sounds great too.

Overall, the song has an atmosphere of hope and I like that a lot.

First happy piece I have written in AGES, honestly. I am glad it turned out fair enough. :)

I guess I have gained a special respect for the harp among all instruments... perhaps one of these days I will end up writing a harp concerto.

Thanks for the review!

Very touching song and I like how it seems to have a light spirit sound to it.

The song has a motif feel of doing something no one else around you likes and simply being able to move on with your life. You move away, you change over the course of a year and half and when they come looking for you, they see you but don't recognize you or your voice anymore thinking that you are elsewhere.

As time moves on you feel happy with your new life and have made new friends that fill the gaping hole in your heart. Yet, you feel as if something was missing. You call the person nearly a month or so later and tell them that when they say you, they didn't recognize you because you had changed into something that made you happier than you had ever been before in your whole life and they see again embracing you with open arms letting you know they don't hate you at all.

The melody of the piano here is so beautiful and heartwarming. Excellently done piece of work.

Overall, beautiful!

A heartwarming story to go with a heartwarming song? :')

Thank you, SCTE3, I truly thank you for that - particularly because that's happened to me before. Not that EXACTLY, but a similar situation.
