I like how the song has a really simple and atmospheric tone to it. Has a sad feeling to it at the same time though.

The vocals are light and sound incredibly dreamy at the same time as if lulling you off to sleep and let your mind rest at the same time. The piano is calm and plays a soft melody that helps the vocals deliver their message. The violin is nice too and I enjoyed hearing it. The acoustic guitar sounds beautiful.

Light use of drums makes them feel like they are meant to be more dramatic. Has a nice classical feel to it and the flute also sounds pretty.

Overall, very calm, pretty song.

Very calming beat and I like how the piano seems to have a very "cute" sound to it as if watching something cute happen while this played. Then it slowly changes to them playing with more and more friends or just cats doing even more random stuff. Very nice song.

The xylophone sounds great and I like how it seems to have a ping pong effect on headphones where it goes back and forth between the ears. The bass is calm and I like how it seems to have a classical feel to it at the same time. Then lastly the drums sound great and I like how it sounds like there is decent trade off rhythm of switching between hi hat and snare hits.

The chorus is a very nice addition to the song.

Overall, beautiful composition.

This is one sinister and greatly done track. How long did this take anyways? Sounds like something I have heard from some movie trailers, kind of sad how they don't truly fit the movies though. This track is awesome though and I like how it feels it could double as a boss track of some kind and with it being a slow build up to the battle. Fun to see how you took one sound and made a whole track based around that sound.

The deep bass grinding sounds are pretty great to hear and I enjoyed that the most I think. The drums were simplistic and helped move the song along too. The synth has a slight machine sound to it at the start. Possibly the machine atmosphere sound from FL Studio? Then the rest of this song is just very awesome to hear. Excellent work.

Overall, amazing song as usual Rig!!

Rig responds:

Thanks for the review! It took me about two weeks to do - longer than usual. That's because there were so many sounds extracted, it took me a while to find all the things I wanted to use. I was stuck on how to lengthen it on many an occasion, but I pushed through. ;P

There aren't any FL samples in here - pretty much everything except the drums and sub are from ME3.

Sounds like a great start to an album actually. Kind of makes me think of Daft Punk too. The track has a nice solid flow to it that makes you feel like just dancing to it and I also feel like there is a slight bit of dubstep tossed in there for a good beat too.

The main synth has a twang sound that just makes the track sound great to me. Was it an effect possibly? Then the pass sounds incredibly thick and awesome at the same time to me. Great work on that part so far.

Then the drums go incredibly fast in rhythm when they kick in. Are the drums set at a separate tempo or was an effect added to make them sound so fast? They sound great either way.

Overall, nice little preview, would enjoy seeing how the full track and album for that matter will sound when finished. Excellent preview!

YakovlevArt responds:

Yeah, I am loving working on dnb. When i finish this one, I'll be sure to let you know =]
-In the drums the bpm is the same the whole time, I just had the kicks/snares more separated at this time to make then seem slower.
I'm glad you liked the preview, I might add an updated version soon =]

I like how this track sounds really wonderful. Only thing to make it better is maybe add in a girly cartoon character having some of her lines stretched out so it sounds like she is singing to the rhythm. Very calm tune.

The synth sounds really nice and I like how it seems to bounce and play around a bit as if trying to make the listener feel better if they were feeling down. Then I hear a second synth come on and sound a lot more playful for a moment near the end of this demo piece. The bass also sounds really nice and calm.

That up feeling sound near the start before the clap was great. Then the drums come in wit ha calm hi hat, snare, and kick pattern which sounds really nice.

Overall, great work. Looking forward to a full piece. I guess this could sound happier and a bit more playful at times too.

Sounds really pleasant really and the beat makes you feel like having a relaxing afternoon and just letting your mind flow and thinking of how some days like that day can be so wonderful and calm. Very beautiful beat.

The drums sound great. Light drum kicks, I hear some kind of chirping like sound and snare hits which work very well and blend together to create the drum track.

The xylophone sounding synth is real nice and I enjoy how it sounds at the same time. Then the main synth I hear has a great flow to it and gives that feeling of joy. As for the bass I kind of get a feel that maybe there is no bass track and that the bass part for the main synth was turned up to have a good flowing bass which it sounds like for the most part. Although I do hear a slight up and down bass in the background so I suppose you did add one which makes this track all the better.

Overall, wonderful work on this track, sounds great!

This sounds like a mix of classical and old school hip hop at the same time. I guess the lines for this song would involve a lot of classical wording and maybe speaking in Middle English for humor too would be good too actually.

The drums have a simple rhythm and I hear a rim hit from time to time or is that a cowbell I hear? The drum pattern though I hear some drum kicks, snare, and some light ride sounds which when put together makes it all sound rather pleasant.

The bass line is smooth and I enjoy how it goes on and then stops for a moment so nice work there for the bass. Then the violin seems to be the final piece of this song and works out rather nice as it plays a soft melody to make one feel really relaxed. Great work on that part.

Overall, smooth track, great work!!

TheFantasyClub responds:

It's a bongo that rim hit.

I tried so hard to make this as much pleasant as possible. My objective is create songs who can tell you a story, while a hip hop pattern (or patterns) can guide the listener in it.

It's very hard to find good samples that show and express the feeling you want. And it's harder use them wisely.

Thanks a lot for your review.

I found this to be an overly hilarious animal since you just tell a lot of random animals that come from jungles and all sorts of places to suck your dick. What gave you the idea to write this song anyways? Just overly hilarious and the beat makes me it like an earworm.

The drums sound great and have a calm feel although it feels like they were mixed up a bit to have an 8-bit feel mixed with the drums. The main synth sounds like it was mixed with a guitar. The bass line is really nice and I like how you hear an air chorus a bit in the background near the end and it blends wonderfully with the ride I am hearing too. The harp is really nice.

The vocals and lyric work here was great!

Overall, hilarious!!

Robot-Lock responds:

Idea for the song? I don't know? A constant flow of brainfarts?

The instrumental itself is composed mostly of samples. It's not really that thought-through. When I make music I just go into a zone and grab everything I can find and experiment and dick around until it sounds good.

Glad you liked it!

Seemed to be a pretty good song anyways. The tune seems to have a light feel to it as if learning the ropes of something and getting better and better as time went along and people simply enjoyed hearing it.

The echoing synth sounds rather pleasing to the ears since it gives the feel of coming forth and then fading away as fast as you arrived. The secondary main synth had more power put into it it would seem. Provides a nice tune. Then there is a backing bass line you hear at times that gives a lot more atmosphere.

Also sounds as if it would be well in an adventure game too.

Overall, sounds pretty nice.
