[Elephant Quest]

Excellent game!!

I found this to be a great game. I spent a lot of time having fun and leveling up. I enjoy how the story ended with both the Wooly Mammoth and the Blue Elephant both becoming friends and agreeing to share hats with each other for the day. Really enjoy the light hearted nature of the game being fused wit ha slight blend of the Final Fantasy X Sphere Grid and some simple shoot and run game play.

The animation in this flash was very simple but you showed a lot of neat stuff here such as side missions, fun little battles, and little fun enemies to shoot. Enjoyed having all the power ups near the later half of the game since it made everything faint a lot faster. The wooly mammoth boss was actually rather easy for me since I had gotten everything just a bit before entering. I just spent a bit of time running away from it.

The music used here was quite soothing and pleasant as well. The credits and everything else done with this game was just great. I had just as much playing it as I did enjoying the scenery.

Overall, this was an excellent and fun game to play. Great RPG-esque game.

Entertaining

This was a pretty fun game anyways. Kind of wish it was longer but maybe there will be a part for to this in the distant future after you get married dude. This was a fun mixed game with graphics and real life in it. Haven't seen one of these since that last one where the dude had aliens invade his house.

The game play was rather simple and mixed yet entertaining as well. The game itself was rather promising, got a good laugh at the start where you two poured water on yourself then ran from the building as tons of water was thrown at you for no reason while avoiding fires. Didn't understand the ending though. I can't seem to jump the missile though, oh well.

Overall, great game.

Yes, maybe a bit weak the end, you just have to avoid that jumping, but it ends when it finally hit one to you, anyway, Awesome review and a lot of thanks!

Not bad

Although the concept too ka few minutes to get used to as well. Another thing is if you are going to make the music speed up into a rhythm then have the character speed up as well to make it just as challenging and fun since it does not seem as fun when the music speeds up and you do not.

The game play was alright but hard to get used to at first and took a few minutes to get used to working with which was alright I suppose anyways. The audio used was pretty cool so nice choice in music I suppose. The background looked alright as well but would be cool if it changed to a light color of whatever color the character had changed to to make it intriguing.

Overall, good game, the only problem I ever encountered was sometimes I fell through even though I had changed to the right color.

[Bullet Heaven]

Excellent

To be honest I found this game to be really nice and challenging. However the level I love the most was Avalanche as even if you die that level provides you with a lot of money very quickly as well which is great. Getting A on most of these is easy but getting S takes a while until you build up the strength of your weapons to a good height.

The game play was incredible. Nice to see it was heavily inspired by the Touhou series except you could have at least made the super levels and bosses laugh or have an opening dialog for a more interesting battle and game play experience. The game itself was great. Liked the upgrade menu as well since you will be visiting it a lot at least until it takes the player a few levels to even get one upgrade later into the game which is good. I found this game got harder as I progressed further. Had to redo a few levels since I would end up with Ds and F's which made me sad mostly but after retrying the level after getting an upgrade the level went a lot better.

The enemies were interesting here, nice to see that almost all of them came from Epic Battle Fantasy 3 as well. Some of them I did not recognize such as the phoenix during the desert levels, where did they come from anyways? The super levels were intense since it was just a boss from one of the earlier levels all jacked up. At least you were awarded for taking down a bit of their health at a time as well. Liked how when they got into the mid yellow and red they sent out large waves of bullets at you which was where it got really hard on me later into the game.

The music used here was great. To be honest most of the music HFX does sounds great albeit it is in a flash game or not, the tunes are just great to listen too. Another factor was the boss levels would get better as soon as the boss appeared as the music subtly changed to a darker remix of the level's song that was playing a moment ago.

Overall, this turned out to be a great game. The audio, game play, and bosses were all rather fascinating as well. Even better that most of the stuff here came from Epic Battle Fantasy 3 as well. Great game, excellent work!

I have to say this was quite funny. Also I quickly learned it was a joke and slight annoyance since I would right click after touching the log and learned that I could not play any further so I would restart and gain nothing as usual. However the awesome build up and intro were more than enough to provide some good humor here for an April Fool's joke today.

The music you used for the build up and the prank of a game, game play were both nice tunes here. Also liked how you gave credit to a whole lot of people at the start who were never seen in the game at all. Guess you could have gave credit to more Newgrounds users and celebs and it would not make much of a difference.

The game play was kind of dumb but funny. Like how when he shot a laser out of his mouth that there was no sound. Sadly due to the jumping ban which is also in almost every fricking Resident Evil game and keeps you from completing it faster... Rob was unable to jump over a log.

Overall, funny, also shows the annoyances of most games not allowing a player to jump.

Funny

Well this was a funny stress reliever. I didn't care much when the song came out and never did when people began talking about it. Also funny how this is probably going to be the only song she will ever do as she is more than likely embarrassed at how horrible it was.

The graphics were really funny and cheesy parodies of everything from the video in a more violent mannerism. It felt kind of like Toss the Turtle but instead of a cannon it is a car she is being launched out of which is pretty creative as well. Lastly I liked how the song was a lighter and voiceless version of that song.

Overall, good creative collab. Liked the voice acting.

A long ways away from good my friend

First thing is the preloader, I tend to find those annoying. If you are going to put it here then why not swap it out for a Newgrounds preloader and make a little moola in the process by turning on the NG API with it. It's not terribly annoying it is just that I see them a lot. Would be cool if you changed the background color or something I suppose to make it a little less bland and a little more appealing to the target audience.

The color is not terrible but you should choose another color aside from pink. I like pink but just not as a background color since it is a really bright and pretty color but kind of makes the player's eyes hurt a bit. Got a little good chuckle from the background here ans it kind of makes you think this would be something a little kid might enjoy playing since they will never know what the tentacle monster looks like at all.

The game play was pretty bad. The title play button was nice though. I would suggest making the stamina bar go down a lot slower as I could not even last for more than five seconds sadly even with a really good working method. If you made the stamina bar go down slower the player could probably last a lot longer to be honest which would be a good thing for you as you would get better reviews as well.

The one last thing here that I found truly annoying was when I said no thanks to submitting a score I was brought back to the loading screen. A better idea would be adding a new frame and putting a replay button there so that players can play the game again without being annoyed with looking at the loading screen again like I was.

Overall, work on the game play and make the stamina bar go slower. Change the background color to a more calming and less of an eye sore color. something like green, blue, cobalt, gray would work nicely. Also add a frame to be acting as the replay button frame. Good luck on the future modified version of this game and I hope you take what I have said into consideration.

Good game

I actually found this to be a more funny version of the Impossible Quiz actually. Since most of the stuff I did to move on was actually pretty funny I think as I chopped down tress, make onions explode and lots of buttons and hammers.

The animation was very random from level to level varying from good to quick crappy drawings which I guess is good since this is supposed to let the player do a variety of things to keep on going forward as well. Most of the animating was nice though.

The audio piece was rather unfitting I think. Maybe a song encouraging the player to play and have fun with it could have been more fitting here. I think half the fun of playing a flash game is getting to hear the music played in it.

Overall, this actually was not too bad, maybe make all the levels have good art though if you ever get time to do so.
