The tune is short and charming. Makes me think of sprawling out and relaxing on the holidays.

The echoing glass synth sounds really nice given the delayed echo effect to it. The bass makes me think of some Window XP error songs that people have made. The ambient backing synth adds atmosphere and makes me think of Halloween possibly. As for the drums they are soft and mellow.

Overall, nice little short track I think.

Cut off the first ten to fifteen seconds and the song will begin to get better since the song starts after that point. Tune seems to be quite interesting.

The bass sound used could be a little lower in volume since near the start of the song when the others sounds come in it makes a few popping sound then the rest of the way is fine.

The drum rhythm sounds really good and gives that feeling of needing to move to the rhythm to have a fun time. Then the synth sounds like a pop/dance styled synth being used from FL Studio that works here since it makes me think the song is a slightly new concept idea to listen to. The secondary backing synth also sounds really nice and the echoing sound to it is great.

Overall, wonderful track, bass at the start just needs to be worked on a bit.

Really have to say this song was quite enjoyable to listen to. The scratching sound makes me think of someone bringing the song to life and generally feeling happy about it.

The main synth has a bit of reverb it sounds like that makes me think of an ambient guitar playing in the background giving the song an overall atmospheric tone. Then the long background synth notes seem really mellowed out and give a feeling of just drifting and floating endlessly as the day passes by while nothing really seems to happen.

The bass is nice and quiet in the background and sounds great. Really like the sound of the guitar playing and the general light noted synth heard from time to time near the middle of the song. The drums are calm and sound a bit chiptune like in sound.

Overall, a wonderful song.

Thank you very much, the mixing on this took ages and I'm really proud of the end result. It's one of my personal favorites.

I'll be sure to take a look at your work soon

Song has a really nice rhythm to it that seems to make one feel happy. I can see where the tune would be rather fitting to play around the holidays possibly at a party. That or it could fit in a level of a game where the protagonist has to be bothered to look at several bizarre creatures and save the holidays from something.

The main synth sounds rather on the high end of notes for a cheerier feel. I imagine it could be gloomier sounding if the notes were set to sound much deeper. The quirky buzz like sound I hear phasing in and out in the background sounds pretty good for the song.

The bass sounds like it goes up a couple of notes and then goes back to the first note, repeats a couple of times and keeps going up. I can see how it would help give an uplifting feel to the song. The rhythm of the drums also sounds good.

Overall, great work.

The pan flute starting the song is just beautiful and the ambient bass line was very pleasing on the air. Like how the uprising noise heard for a moment reminded me of a wolf howling at the moon as well. Shanath's vocals are very beautiful to listen to as well. This sounds like music that would play at the start of the game.

The older styled drums are beyond beautiful for the song and sound like they are being played by an actual orchestra. The bass line I hear gives off a nice ambient feel as if traversing the world of Okami. As for the xylophone, with each note it gives me that feel of drifting off into a dream of fun and wonder and a journey too.

Shanath's vocals sound like that of a professional singer which I have to admire quite a bit. Bouy's guitar playing seems to add the sensation of just wanting to run everywhere and see the world and what it has to hold and be discovered.

Overall, this is an incredibly beautiful collaboration!

Shanath responds:

I wish I was the one singing this, but it was the amazingly talented Fyri52 from youtube. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you think it sounds so good! It took a lot of effort and I'm glad people are liking it in general.

Thanks for the kind words. :3

Has a nice older sound to it. Makes me think of this being the actual opening to the game. Song has a sound to it as if starting an adventure yet being very relaxed at the same time to simply leave home and start your own adventure.

The guitar has a distorted sound to it that makes me think of some playing it a bit badly on purpose just to play it badly. The synth has a vocal sound to it that makes me think that Link is incredibly relaxed to begin his journey.

Overall, messy sounding guitars but gives it a neat feel.

SoulSecure responds:

It's not guitar, it's saz. It isn't distorted either, saz has three strings in it's main course and you must just not be used to this sound.

The song sounds rather interesting on the ears. I am guessing the slight use of vocals are the vocals that are from the original version of this song that MichaelRJohnson did. Always wondered how people like you do those vocal splices yet remain to make them sound professional.

The guitar being used sounds pretty awesome and nothing wrong with that. The vocals have a dreamy sound to them and very nice. The drums have a simplistic rhythm to them that makes me think of a garage or home made drum kit made using various objects and a bass drum.

While this is a dubstep song it is goes lightly on the dubstep giving it a clean sound.

Overall, nice work.

Thanks a lot, glad you guys got to this one! The Vocals were sent to me directly from him, they were just vocals nothing more, but before he sent them to me i had already started on the song so i used some of the original song vocals it was weird. Thanks for the review!

Really nice, slow, and mellow remix of an already great song. I really do get the feeling of being in the Everfree Forest and being entirely curious as to why I am there or what is lurking behind the next tree or bush I pass as I move along.

The drums here sound incredible although for this kind of track, I imagine adding in another kick so that you have more than one kick going off. The hi hats and snares sound great too.

The bass has a cutting sound to as it starts and then slowly cuts away just as fast as it came.

As for the leading synth I really like the reverb that occurs after each note giving that sound and feel as if something was following you around int he forest but you don't want to look and you want to get out of there.

Like how later in there is the buildup and then the song kicks into full overdrive as you start to trot or run out of the forest as fast possible.

Overall, excellent remix of your older song.

AHHHHHH! SOMEONE FINALLY GETS WHY I GAVE IT THIS KIND OF PACE! :D

Yeah, in the parts where the chorus arrived it was suppose to similate running and at the last chorus, imagine seeing all these terryifying creatures chasing you, not knowing what the hell they are or what they want with you.

Man.....i love this song soooo much :D
