Alpha Beta

The beginning sounded godly and amazing, then it switches to what feels like an ambient battle theme as if thousands of people were locked in battle unable to escape their fate of dying. This sounds rather amazing.

Chorus: Mainly heard at the start but it sounds extraordanirarly godly. Loved how it sounded.

Synth: Sounds so soft, so brilliant.

Drums: This makes it sound extraordianry and amazing. Really enjoyed that, nice touch there.

Piano: Makes it sound chaotic and frenzy induced, nice job on this.

Overall: This is a beautiful piece, I enjoyed it, nice job.

Well this is one of the more positive reviews I've ever received :P. Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. I really enjoy making good intros. IMO, an intro and outro are some of the most important parts of a song. A good intro will encourage the listener to hear the song and not press the back button, and a good outro would leave the listener with a good impression of the song.

The thought of the thousands of people in battle unable to escape their fate of dying never occured to me, but now that you mentioned it, it *does* sound like that :P. Anyway, thanks for the great review and the ridiculously large amount of compliments xP.

Feels like water

For some reason the sound at the start that repeats makes me think of someone quickly forcing their hand through water causing a very small wave of movement. i don't really know why either, feels odd and makes me think of feet as well. At 2:18 I went what the hell thinking the song had cut off and left a huge blank gap but the beat comes back in.

Wave sound: Sounds awesome although it cuts off for a bit before it comes back in it sounds pretty awesome, did you use a guitar to get that sound?

Synth: Yet more synths, everyone loves to use a synthisizer these days, wow just wow.

Drums: Sounds amazing, enjoyed how it created an amazing feel to it.

Overall: Do not improve this, I like it the way it is.

Thanks for the kind words! Strangely enough, I didn't use a guitar at all in this song; all synths, bass, and drums (which I'm glad you liked by the way!). It's mostly me just messing around with effects and then forgetting what I did later (typical me...).

Realsitic grabbing feel

This seems to be giving off a realistic feel to it as if you were trapped somewhere and unable to run away from it, as if you just wanted to be there forever floating and being nowhere. At one with yourself. You sit there realizing you are the answer of your own ideals that need to be answered.

Chorus: Sounds truly angelic here, sounds quite serene and calming as well, quite a nice amount of detail you put in here.

Synth: Sounds pretty cool, like how it floats in and out being light and then heavy and once again light as it once was.

Piano: I hear a bit in there, makes it sound keen and serene, nice.

Overall: No need to improve, nice job here.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!! I think I've really hit bullseye with this one xP

Strange

Well I don't see what Bush speaking has to do with the tune unless this was meant to be a music video of some sort, it sounds pretty good after Bush stops talking in the intro segment.

Drums: All I hear are the kicks, pretty cool actually.

Synth: Sounds amazing.

Overall: Not too bad but could be improved a bit I guess. Make it longer.

The speaker during the speech is Ronald Reagan. He is giving a speech on The Challenger space craft. Thanks alot for the review; I don't see many of them on my stuff. I'll try to work on some of the stuff you mentioned :)

Sounds psychotic

This makes me think of a slaughterhouse and a psycho is in it, posting up lyrics would be a nice help as well. Kind of a little too loud, might want to edit this and redo the sound so it isn't as loud and tad bit staticy all over the place.

Guitar: Sounds pretty nice for a riff, really enjoy how it sounds.

Bass: Sounds excellent even if it's barely audible at all.

Drums: Sounds awesome and provides an excellent backbone to the song.

Vocals: Kind of iffy and edgy with being able to hear it at all.

Overall: Just fix the sound level and this well be fine.

StickyRemnant responds:

Hey SCTE3, thanks for the review.
Is psychotic good? haha
Yea, I think I should post the lyrics up - even tho they're pretty much off the cuff and likely to be replaced - from now on.
The bass guitar is actually the only midi part in it. I didn't have access to an actual bass guitar but I agree I think it does sound ok in the mix, tho I do plan on replacing it.
With regards to the drums (addictive drums program) I plan on programming them properly but, yea, I think they sound pretty good. Addictive Drums is worth getting :)
I'll defo fix the vocals and remix the levels. Hopefully you can come back then and give me your thoughts :)

Cheers.

Snow feel

This has a feel to it as if somebody or something woke up and found snow everywhere yet not knowing what it was or why it was there. They walk through the snow pondering as to it could be and why it feels so cold. They find it falling from the sky, is it snow, sugar, or angels, they don't know. Beautiful piece of work.

Piano: Sounds extremely coordinated overall, very nice work.

Hilarious

Really gives off that silly kind of vibe while you feel a bit creeped out like someone is going to eat your soul.

Voice: StickAm voices I presume presumable during a time when davidzx still use to go to it as well.

Drum 'n' bass: Pretty crafty little loop, really enjoyed it.

Grinding sound: Makes it sound even more hilarious around the part of FISH DICK!!

Overall: Amazing piece, really enjoyed it.

Awesome remix

This is one kicking remix, really enjoy the whole zest of this piece. It sounds truly lively and like something you would hear in a boss fight deep into a game. Really great feel to it.

Synth: Sounds very nice, small simple loop for the most part which doesn't hurt that bad, it actually makes it pretty cool.

Piano: Sounds very nice and I really enjoy how it turned out overall, cool.

Drums: Sounds awesome, enjoy it captures a somewhat sinister feel to the whole place, very great.

Overall: Very nice piece of work and I really enjoy how it turned out here too. Superb loop.
