Kind of chaotic

I found the only bad thing about this thing is possibly the drums are a bit off and faster than they should be here. Slow down the drums a bit and I think this piece will be a lot more promising and pleasing to listen to. as it sounds right now it sounds like it would make for an excellent boss song actually.

The synth sounds very quirky yet cool and calming here. Enjoy when the second one comes in from time to time as it makes it sound a bit more dramatic. The bass line is very nice and holds a very nice tempo as it is played here so nice work there.

Overall, very nice, just slow the drums down a bit.

Sounds cool

Well all I got to say is I think you did a very nice job on this piece actually. Really like how the tune just flows and kind of feels like it would be a great start up song to a game or movie where the guy or girl is loading up their guns and taking a couple of knives with them as they prepare to make a stand and escape the city of zombies trying to eat them.

The bass line is very wet but very cool at the same time as well so that is a true bonus there anyways. Like when it gets up a metallic sound to it. The drums here are very pleasing and soft as they play the beat of the song. The synth is the finisher as it helps play a main beat and provides a very nice little beat in the song, great work there. Also liked the clapping.

Overall, great work on this.

thanks for the great review, i appreciate it. I think it would be cool if it was used in that way :D

Wicked

Well I do like the weird sounding intro. Kind of sounds like a disc grinding hard in a system as the system tries to read it. Then you got a strange after effect noise that is also weird yet cool and then it all speeds up into a full piece of amazing music.

The guitar sounded pretty nice as well when it came in here. The music is pretty cool though. Would have been nice had you added in a chorus and possibly a breakdown into it for a good measure. The piece itself is nice for a first time entry though.

Overall, sounds pretty cool for a guitar effect.

Thx for the review dude, nice to see some positive feedback :-) Unfortunately I don't have a chorus pedal yet (you see this stuff is all analog) and i'm not that much of an expert in all the digital effects (yet :D)

Cheery loop

I like how cheery this little piece manages to sound anyways. Kind of makes you feel pretty happy as well. The tone just seems to develop into happiness and trying to feel great as ashes fall over a zombie ridden city, you look around and notice only a couple of survivors. You all smile with guns in hand as you all exit the city.

The synth sounds very light and angel like here which is very nice to hear in this. The drums have a very bubbly feel and that is actually pretty cool. Liked when the second synth came in and made some sweetly cool sounds that were high and nice.

Overall, sweet loop.

Thanks for the review :) I was trying to make it cheery; because honestly, a lot of my music sounds depressing to me.

Very sick

Liking the broken up sound effect used for a large majority of the song, makes it sound pretty awesome and sick as well. The tune sounds like it would look cool with a breakdance video or just a video of the dancers being broken up and constantly remixed doing the same dance in a broken looking form.

The synth all sound quite amazing along with the broken up sounding synth used here. Also sounds like cool dramatic music to be used in a zombie apocalypse as you look to escape the flesh eaters. The drums here are also quite astounding as well. They just sound great and I like the very light bass used here.

Overall, incredibly cool piece.

JakobePaulobe responds:

Thanks man glad you liked it :) This probably my favorite piece I've made.

Great piece

Reminds me of how much fun I had fighting the Cipher Admins in the game on both occasions. This piece just makes me remember how fun they were until they brought out the legendary to catch as they took forever without the Master ball glitch being used. This piece is just awesome though, really like how retro it sounds.

Epic piece

Even though his team was really easy to take out on all occasions he still had an incredibly amazing piece for a backing tune. Even if he didn't battle well his tune made up for it a lot!!

The synths sound amazing and I think I hear a bit of chiptune pieces here and there in this too. The drums are very simple and sound quite nice as well. Really like the xylophone sound here. The bass is just great and I think you did great here!!

Overall, Cyrus had one of the coolest boss themes aside from Dalkia/Palkia, Red (Ash), and Lance!

Great remake

Reminds me of how awesome that thing was and the battle theme was just completely amazing to say the least as well here. It was even better when you could find a rare shiny black Rayquaza up there too!!

The synth sounds a bit wet but none the less very incredible on this one. The drums are simple and I like how it sounds a bit like boxes opening up as well. The bass line is cool and you can feel it as well.

Overall, another awesome remake!!
