Strange

Well this is a strange feeling tune anyways to put under grunge seeing as it is a cover piece anyways. Is that your voice though? Kind of sounds like some singer with the radio filter applied at first then it sounds heavily demonized for the rest of this piece I see which is kind of odd for me anyways I think. The tune seems to go forth and make you feel kind of strange as well.

The space feeling synth was strange I think and then the normal synth makes you feel alright though so that is worth hearing I think. The bass is pretty nicely done and it sounds quite well here too I think. The drums are mediocre but good sounding as well.

Overall, pretty good but the altering of the voice later in kind of ruins it a bit for me sadly.

A... "Cover piece"? Where in blazes did you get that idea?? This is 100% Rahmemho-muthafuckin'-tep, boiiiii! That being said, of course it's my voice. Different from the vocals I did in my other songs you heard, eh?

In the chorus I was, actually, doing a sort of Rob Zombie kind of thing, but I couldn't be bothered to figure out all the effects he puts on his vocals in the song of his I was thinking of, so I ended up doing my own thing. The chorus was originally screamed, so you might've liked that better.

Not entirely sure what you're talking about here, so thanks? Haha!
The drums sound mediocre, because they're, basically, MIDI drums. Unless you're talking about the style of drumming, because in that case I'd be confused.

Thanks for the review!

Interesting

Kind of makes me think of Sailor Moon or two people getting ready to engage in some kind of strange battle or even a chase being done as one person tries to hide from someone is far too obsessed with them as well. Very nice yet calming though so I do like it quite a bit anyways. The tune just seems to start rushed but soon makes you feel relaxed.

The radio sound effect makes me think of the game Earthbound actually which is kind of weird anyways. The drums have a dynamic rolling effect to them as they continue on and make you feel slightly strange as they do this too. The bass is very nice though.

I like when it picks back up to a main beat though, the drums, synth, and bass all sound very dynamic and quite exciting as well which is quite cool I think. The tune makes you feel a sudden rush of excitement as it plays. I hear some trombone in there as well I think.

Overall, very exciting feel to this piece, quite exciting indeed!!

I think by radio sound effect you mean the theremin, it's a weird instrument completely controlled without touching it. It's very interesting if you like modern... er... carpentry(?).

Thanks for the review!

Mellow

Well I enjoy the quaint feel of this piece as it seems rather calm as well. Reminds me of a game called Illusions of Gaia actually. The tune just seems calm yet very spaced out at the same time too. Makes you feel kind of chilled out and like you can just relax for the day as well while the tune plays in your mind too.

The space feeling synth in the back makes you feel clearly relaxed as you lay back and just enjoy the cloudy day. The main synth has a bit of a pop and twist in it making you feel like you are going to have a good day as a friend gives you a hug as they have to move along doing other trivial matters. The drums sound nice and appear to be rolling the whole time while the song is played. The bass is very smooth and completely relaxing as well so I like it.

Overall, very nice and mellow piece of work.

Humorous

Well the intro was alright and this piece sounds kind of strange anyways. Makes me think of a zombie infested city that you must try to survive and get out of. As you awake you see you are still on the roof with long pieces of logs linking you to other rooftops. You feel safe since any time a zombie gets on the roof you notice they have a strong limp and always fall off and any that do get close can easily be sweeped off their feet and fall to their redeaths. Very strange but really well done strange piece.

The synth has a high echo effect that gives a strange feel as if you are looking at zombies anyways. The distorted sounding radio gives a feel as if you are trying to find hope that someone else out there is still alive in the world fighting the zombies as well.

The bass in the back gives a feel as if listening to zombies groan and you hear someone bust open the door to the roof and quickly barricade it. You hold a gun up thinking it is a zombie for a moment and notice it is a friend you thought dead and give her a light hug in case she is infected. You quickly go back to watching the city while she comes to sit down with you giving a hug glad to see she is not the only one alive.

Overall, very nice ambient experiment piece. Zombies!!

I liked this review. It's amazing how differently people see things in music; especially when it's my music-- knowing how crazy and weird it can be. :3

Zombies! :D

Very cool

I hear a mix of Final Fantasy along with that little tune that plays toward the end of episode two where Luna is forgiven and they throw that little party. Nice to know you are the first to take that little tiny tid bit and small tune and make it it into a full length that also adds the theme of the song in there as well, awesome!!

The violin sounds very calming yet also makes me think of Applejack as well. Also kind of makes me think of Luna hanging around in Ponyville with the Mane cast and learning more of friendship herself. The drums are very dynamic and cheery here so I do like them a lot I think.

The bass line is smooth here and very enjoyable. The flute is charming and draws you into to enjoy the piece as well. The piano also seems very relaxing and kind of makes you want to hug your favorite ponies and such too. Very relaxing and cheery feeling piece.

Overall, do you know you are my very best friend?? Very nice piece of work, I enjoyed it a lot.

Calming

Well I found this to be quite a well done piece and very enjoyable. You can just imagine a scene of some people at a bar with a person wearing sunglasses playing at the piano they have there just having a good time playing the piano and enjoying themself while they let the piano paint a story for the listeners there at the bar.

The piano music here kind of makes me think of some kittens simply playing and falling asleep day by day as they go about their little fuzzy lives and always happy to have someone there who cares for them a lot.

Overall, nice piano piece, really enjoyable.

Bizarre

Well it starts up and has a very bizarre feel to it I think. The slightly reversed sounding intro is weird and then it kicks up to a full piece that is completely awesome and pretty cool as well. Very nice and smooth drum and bass piece I think which is pretty cool anyways. The tune does get you pumped up though while you play some video games.

The synth is pretty sweet I think and very nicely worked in as it carries a slight retro feel to it. The bass is very nice sounding and quite thick while helping make the song very enjoyable to listen to I think. The drums are cool and very rapid pace here as well which keeps it great feeling I think. Some parts make me think of a boss battle though.

Overall, very nicely done drum and bass piece.

Clap jump

Well this certainly has a very cheery and dance like atmosphere to it I think and I like the very upbeat flow of it as well. The tune seems to go up and keep you feeling happy. I like the vocals as well, where are they from anyways? They just make you feel even happier I think. This piece is a very nicely put together dance piece, put some strobe lights with it and you are good to go.

The synth sounds very thick as well done. I like when you put in a heavier synth note from time to time, kind of reminds me of menu screens from RPG games actually. The bass was nice as well. The drums help keep things picked up and keep it all going as well.

I like when it breaks down for a bit feeling calm and introducing only a piano, hi hat, and some clapping. Then it slowly picks back up the full beat and makes you feel entirely happy as you simply relax and enjoy yourself to the music here as well.

Overall, very nice sounding dance song, I like it.

Groovy

Well it has a very nice and very groovy feel to it I think. The tune also kind of reminds me of Donkey Kong 64 which is pretty cool anyways for this short work in progress here. The tune kind of has a jungle feel to it I think. The tune just rolls on and on and seems to go well.

The crystal bell sounding synth kind of gives an ambient video game feel I think. The bass sounds wet and very thick here as well. The drums are very nice and smooth as well so I like it this much too.

Overall, looking forward to the finished product.

Bosses

Sounds like it could make a great boss battle piece I think as the music starts the boss is coming into the area and lets out a loud groan and states they feel a need to kill you and such. Then they change into their super form and the battle begins against the wily foe. Very nicely done musical piece.

The synth sounds relaxing here I think. The bass is very nicely done and keeps on coming rapidly in a row as well. The drums sound pretty nice here though. The bass provides a lot of rhythm here and also kind of makes you think of dancing as well which is great to hear to hear I think.

Overall, very cool feeling trance piece that doubles as boss music.
