Much better

I have to say this was much better than most others in the set as it had more effort in it and the graphics were much better too. The tone of this felt fast paced and you kept wanting to see more to know what would happen.

The graphics were excellent although the transition near the start seemed to be a bit off on timing it seems. Then the rest of the way was great and the thought bubbles were great since they mocked the mastermind the whole time before throwing the necklace at him.

The audio was alright. I recognized the songs partly and then the summoning sound sounds like it either came from Kingdom Hearts or a Final Fantasy game. The voices seemed to be a bit bad though since it felt rushed.

Overall, really nice work there.

Thank you! A fast-paced tone was my aim here. Mocking the mastermind was an idea I had since listening to his long speech would be rather boring. And yes, the summoning sound is from Kingdom Hearts.

Appreciate your review! Can you do episode 38?

Rather short

Well... I guess it is nice to see the king has been rescued and is now free to be back at his castle in this episode. The graphics very much the same for this one.

I think it bears repeating but combine episodes so that they will be longer and be able to string together easier and be a little less work for you to deal with. The graphics here were a bit funny and nice seeing the planet.

The voice acting remained much the same. Didn't understand the spell bit but I suppose that is alright.

Overall, short but still funny.

Thank you for your review! I really appreciate it. You can expect episodes 38+ to be four minutes or longer.

Entertaining

Well this seemed to be short yet entertaining at the same time. In a personal opinion I think these would be better if instead of making them as short as you do, it would be better to put two to three episodes together as one so it would look much better and be longer at the same time.

The graphics seems to be alright here as the people have great bodies and heads but stick arm and legs sadly. That and the background and such seemed to be good. The guy frozen in ice was pretty humorous since you have to wonder how long it will be before he gets thawed out and can leave.

The music used provided humor as you didn't have much of an idea of what would happen at the moment when it played. The voices used seemed to be alright although the guy at the end spoke a bit too quickly which possibly confused the guy wondering how to get further in.

Overall, humorous yet really short at the same time.

Very nice collab

Well this seemed to be alright and I liked how the preloader was quite different as it was parts of the collab leading up to the start. The first part of the preloader was pretty neat as Mario was depicted as being bored and slightly sad from always destroying castles and fighting foes. Then ifyoureadthisdie had a pretty sweet part since it had a 3D look to it. Was also quite humorous. Nice work there. The starting song before the first part leading to preloader was also good.

The collab was quite nice and I see the final part by Short-Factor had a lot of effort put into it too. Had a lot of sprites and sound effects. The other collab parts were rather short though. Not too bad though as they were all quite funny and yet somehow that castle withstood it all.

The way that sprites kept being customized at times was also pretty nice here and kept it entertaining. Hilarious though that at the end of it all he simply hit the castle with his fist and it had been weakened enough that it turned to dust. However he hit a 1-UP block and the castle was restored.

The amount of audio used here was nice, mostly various sound effects, a couple of songs and credit music.

If I could suggest anything here that could be fixed would be the transition frames. Instead of being numbers, that could have been pixel numbers accompanied by a possible sound effect. Aside from that, this was actually a pretty nice collab.

Overall, lots of shorts, good amount of humor, very well done, would suggest redoing the transition frames is all.

Excellent work!

I remember when I used to enjoy your 3D animations and Knox's claymations and move parodies and such and even the Numa Numa guy before youtube was ever created! Also remember we had a very small amount of those AMV things and thankfully they no longer appear. This was a great little noir short. This kind of feels like a trailer too, if this was a movie I would be interested in seeing it if the premise was a killer who was invisible for some reason.

As far as audio goes I would say that all went over smoothly since it paints a picture that this would be a little dark and possibly even have dark or dry humor in it as well. The gun shot was nice. Excellent voice as well, sound like you could be perfect for doing narration of these films at the same time.

The story seems to be he's invisible and yet people wonder who is. He then questions them asking them if they really think they should know or not. He's an invisible killer but does he work for someone, is he freelance, or does he just do what he feels would be right? Interesting and makes you wonder what the full film would be like!

Since this live action it was actually quite good in quality since I've seen a few others a bit larger in file size but lower in quality. The black and white effect makes this very neat to watch like you were possibly watching an older styled film.

The outfit of the killer was pretty neat. What effects were you using or what were you wearing to give that effect when you began to apply the effects to it? You could still see his outlines too but that's still good since I doubt most people would be able to see him in that film. The smoke getting wavey and all that when he inhaled it was pretty weird to watch, at least it was to me.

Overall, I thought this was a pretty interesting little short. Would not mind seeing it made into a full film, give a back story as to how he became invisible and everything. Great short. Hope to see more from you. Great short noir!!

Neat and creepy

Probably the coolest thing you did here was having Tails Doll "come out of the screen" and make it look like he was going to eat the viewer's soul. Figured out that it looks like that but if you look in the top right corner there is a black little bit of a line where the Newgrounds background color is which kind of gives away how you did that neat little trick.

The graphics here were actually great and I loved how you used the checkered floor associated with the doll strangely. The wall being slightly cracked makes you think that you wandered into a house away from your parents wanting to see if you can find anything cool or mysterious in the house and notice the strange doll and begin to feel light headed as it begins to devour the viewer. The static effect was great and gave a feel of it kind of skipping as new writing would appear on the wall in blood and then Tails Doll began to bleed.

The music used was rather fitting as it felt sort of like you were in a demented child's play room and that doll is all that is left of them since they grew up and left the house years earlier. Then the static sound effect makes it a bit creepier since if you notice at the start it looks like you are watching a TV for a moment and then it does a close up to show what is happening in the TV as the doll begins to come to life and the writing on the wall warns you to leave before it devours the viewer.

Overall, would make for a great Halloween animation.

Good typography

I found this to be pretty funny since he seemed to be mocking how the user misspelled many words and the little added stuff to the background, side, or even the dictionary definition added added even more humor to this. Very simplistic but still rather humorous as you combine a vocal track reading of a review with a classically dynamic song to get this.

The graphics were simple as it was words flying everywhere with the background changing through several colors for dramatic effect. The add content such as lighter background font, side font, and even the dictionary text and image were all quite good.

Overall, humorous reading combined with a great song and someone animating a typography results in this humorous piece. Nicely done.
