The tune seems like it would fit well in an old school RPG game such as Shining Force if modern day cities were involved.

The drums are good and heavy. The snares and bass kicks are deep. Were the kicks layered?

The synth makes me think of a mandolin and guitar mix. Then the second synth sounds a lot like a bass guitar riff to me.

The background gun shot sounds are cool.

Overall, can't really seem to think of a way to improve this song. Nicely done.

Radiationator responds:

Yeah, the kicks were layered. I usually layer them and snares.

Thank you! :D

I don't really have much to say for this song. It is rather beautiful though and I like the lyrics. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Makes me think of two friends who dated and in the end, nothing worked out but hope they could still be friends after everything has calmed. Beautiful piece.

Kingbastard responds:

Thank you;)

For a joke piece it sounds like it could be even better. What program was used to create this?

I feel the drums could have been layered for a heavier more hip hop kick. The rest seems to be pretty mediocre. Could have been a slightly funnier parody if you had used an actual voice instead of a text to speech program. Oh well.

Overall, nice parody but I feel you could have put more effort into this.

This is pretty sick. It has a sound to it like you were watching a dark sequence happening in a game where people are being altered and turned into demonic mooks of some sort. Very nice and dark sound to it!

Great cover

I found this to be a relaxing and enjoyable cover of Daft Punk's song. The only thing missing to make this a great cover is someone covering the vocals for this track.

Overall, not bad.

The song sounds nice but I do have a problem with it.

The bass in the song seems to need a bit of tweaking, cancel out the noise on the bass so it doesn't have an additional echo to it. That or try to filter it a bit. The bass kick sounds a bit out of place at first but as the song progresses begins to sound more and more in place.

The song seems to be a fusion of jazz and chiptune which is relaxing to listen to. Song makes me really want to go out and play in some snow.

Overall, aside from issues with the bass rhythm, song is great.

LLAAPPSSEE responds:

Slippery bass.

The rhythm is rather simple.

However, I notice a real issue is the reverb seems to make the whole track feel off. I realize it is more or less to help boost up the bass notes but it still feels like it just throws this whole track off.

The main rhythm is interesting. It fluctuates between tight quick notes and longer notes. The track would be a lot better if the notes were long note the whole way with very few to no shorter notes to give a much more ambient feel to the song.

The tune sounds like it would be better if it had a drum track playing behind it, as in a drum pattern usually hear in most ambient tracks. Might move the genre a bit elsewhere but would make it better I think.

Overall, interesting, just practice and you should be better in time.

I think if this was extended by exactly one second it would be a perfect loop. The reason I say to extend it by a second is to prevent the cut off at the last second. Other than that, not much to improve on here.
