Ummmm?

I think this fits more under the misc. category because I am just not feeling or hearing how this is industrial sounding sadly. Could possibly fit under the techno category.

Really like how up and wacky this piece sounds though. It kind of makes you feel strangely happy in a funny way. This also happens to be a very random and trippy sounding piece as well as far as I am concerned. Might just want to change the category it is under.

The high and strange sounding synth is pretty cool since it sounds like a mix of electric guitar, synth, and wind in the backing of it. The deep bass sound is kind of strange I think since it kind of makes it all feel very weird as well.

The secondary piano is pretty cool. The deep synth just makes it all feel very weird as far as I am concerned here. Good piece though.

Overall, pretty weird.

Very soft

The start was pretty cool. It was just a few simple notes on piano. Then the second piano comes in with some louder notes. Then the bass guitar kind of helps add a rhythm. Really enjoy the latin orientated drum beat here actually. Kind of makes you feel as if you might be on a beach.

The synth was very nicely done here too. It kind of gives off a feel as if you might be dancing a bit as well. The tune here kind of reminds me of Final Fantasy VIII as well for some reason. Maybe because some of the mini missions played this style of music.

Overall, I think this beat turned out rather well since it kind of makes you feel as if you could be on a beach and such.

Sounds great

Pretty nice remix of a track from Final Fantasy VII dude. Your project sounds like it has gone well so far as well so you have that to go on too. This piece kind of evokes sadness I think. The only think that should be removed is the clicking sound as it is a bit annoying.

The vocals were pretty cool when they do come on here. the guitar sounded great and solid. The drums were smooth and calm here so great work on that. The bass line kind of goes a bit loud but that goes well I think since it makes the piece a bit more creepy.

Loved how the vocals were all direct creepy remakes of lines from the game, cool!

Overall, great remix!

Thanks! Sadness, discomfort, and confusion were the key emotions we tried to evoke this time around, to keep it true to the original. Though the fret-clicks are a touch on the annoying side, I like their percussive addition to the mix overall. Plus, their being in the mix is much like having mosquitoes surrounding you in a swamp -- annoying, yes, but a key symbol of your environment and a factor in your disorientation.

Keep in mind, only half the bass sound is that synth bass tone. The other half is the feedback (and heavily distorted feedback, at that).

Once again, thanks for your review. Hopefully we can move more quickly through the next few. ^_^

Sounds great

Well I must say this piece turned out well actually. Really enjoy how it just seems to pump you up with hope as well!

the synth sounds cool with the phaser like effect added on to it. The drums play a simple yet awkward string of great notes. The chorus synth sounded quite nice here as well.

This tune kind of makes me think it would go well as the opening piece to a video game as well.

Overall, great piece.

Videogames are a recurring theme and influence in my music, so that's no surprise it reminds you of a game opening.

Hopefully I can mix this better if I can get it to play back in FL without huge amounts of lag and skipping.

Solid piece

I found this to be a greatly solid piece. Heavily funky with a great emphasis on the guitar play sounding very amazing. The bass and drums were still cool though. Very sweet piece of gold!

Beyond excellent

Well I can say here is that this piece feels completely video game like as well as funky. I think this could make for an excellent boss song as well so cool beans on that.

The bass line sounds quite funky and spaced out. The synth and synth guitar sounded great here and make you feel great. The drums are simple and kind of have a mixture of drums, synth drums, and bongos all mixed together here.

Overall, truly funky!!

Great piece

The xylophone has a very cheery spirit to it and I like how it worked with the bass to drop one of the funkiest beats that I have heard in a very long time. The violin here sounded beyond incredible. The drums played quite quickly and that was possibly my favorite part of it as well.

The beat just seems to play up a very cheerful piece to it and I really like how it goes. It kind of feels like something that would make you just want to bob your head for most or all day. Excellent piece.

Overall, loved this funky piece.

Epic

I think this is possibly one best versions of the song. Not only is it the original version but it was so much better and longer, had vocals, shouts, and everything that could make a theme song be completely beyond incredible. Great job here!!
