Nice voice

I found this to be quite funny, nice work.

Great remake

I have to say, I think did quite the job in remaking this one. I remember when I played Yellow that I always got Charmander here, good times. That and I loved the glitch where you could lose to the rocket guy and get a lot of nuggets from him, fun times. Love this remake though, kind of sad how there is a half second added keeping it from being a perfect loop.

the bastard half second! I apologize

Works for me

Reminds me of just how epic the battles were, like how you managed to spice things up a bit here as well. The original beat is still just there a bit but now it sounds more like a ritual party blast piece.

The drums are highly wacky and pretty crazy here. The synth is very nicely redone version of the original and I liked that. I liked how you added a choir to the mix here, makes it sound truly epic as in it is the fight of your life. The bass line is very nice and flows well.

Overall, a very cool cover remix of a good battle song.

Cam3leon responds:

Thanks for the thorough feedback as always! I actually sampled the ENTIRE original track, nothing recreated. Only things that I created were the beats, the bassline, and choir. But thank you, I was trying to recreate the frantic nature of the fights, as well as go for a completely different spin on a classic melody. Glad you appreciated it so well!

Good times

Reminds me a lot of Super Mario 64 when you found the secret Peach slide and just had fun going down the road. This is just a really cool and nicely done cover, really like what you did here.

The drums were very nicely done and give that feel of it going to be fun yet super hard as well, awesome. The bass line is subtle, smooth, and quite amazing in this one. Really love the xylophone and piano working together to create a wonderful tune.

Really amazing and cool cover.

Overall, great times, great cover.

Shanath responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. :] SM64 was really an amazing game, glad I could bring some memories back with this.

Cheery

Have to say that I really liked this piece as it sounded like a very happy piece that makes you kind of want to get up and dance as well. This is just a nice little tune, I really do enjoy the upbeat atmosphere in it. Very nice loop as well, would be cool if used in some sort of short flash where happy things happened.

The synth sounds very uptight and happy the whole way so very nice to hear it going that way. The secondary synth with an echo effect attached sounds pretty cool as well. The drums are simple dance drums are calm. The bass line sounds smooth and cool, nice.

Overall, cool cheery piece. :-)

Sick remix

All I have got to say is that this is one of the sickest remixes I have ever heard on here so far. Really enjoy how you made a sad tune into a creepy hip tune. Nice one.

thanks man

Decent

Its just my opinion but I feel this doesn't truly capture the spirit of Saffron City completely. It still sounds nice though I guess. The tune reminds me of the city anyways, fun times beating up Team Rocket.

The high synth notes are alright and ok with me. The bass line is very deep and wet so nice work on that there. The secondary synth here sounds quite pleasing and I enjoy the rhythm of it.

Overall, pretty good, I guess the only thing lacking is drums.

The thing is, I don't want to make an exact remake from the games. They have to be remixed to make it actual fan-made material. Also thanks for the useful info, I may change some of my newer tunes up a bit.

Funky

Sadly the only real reason I even listened is Pinkie Pie, she can turn something bland, dull, and sad into something happy, amazing, and exciting. Nice piece of music. The one guy talking kind of sounds like Mr. Bean to me as well. Nice work here.

Good piece

I think this would make for an amazing platform game song where you got sucked into a computer and have to figure out a way to escape the place and return home. Amazing piece by the way, really enjoyable.

The bass reminds me of older SNES games and game boy games as well. The synths work together and create some great beats here that make it feel like a great gaming piece. The drums are cool and remind me a lot of older video games.

Overall, very awesome video game tune, would be great in a computer based platform game.
