[S.M.S - Delfino Plaza]

Classy

Sounds surprisingly simple yet so relaxing as well. Have to say this sounds like it really turned out nice for a remake of a song anyways. The Delfino Plaza theme was just one of the few relaxing pieces in the game as well.

The guitar sounds good and I like the echo effect applied to it as well. The bass line is simple and seems to repeat the same three notes as well. The keyboard plays a crystal like sound that gets you relaxed while it plays loud as usual. Really nice work on this theme though, I think it turned out well.

Overall, incredibly nice remake.

[FFX Battle Theme]

Great times

That was always a really cool sounding battle there to me actually .Just enjoyed how it sounded happy despite the fact you were on a mission to stop a creature from ending everything in existence once again. Really neat remake though.

The keyboard sounds quite cheery and when it all breaks down and smooths out for a moment it feels ever so relaxing on the ears. The drums sound pretty chilled down and very nice as well. I like how simple of a bass line there is too.

Overall, really neat remake and excellent loop too!

Respect and sorrow

That was always a fun game to play actually. Sadly the gallery music was probably the saddest piece in the whole game as well. It kind of brought a tear to your eye when you heard the piece and was looking at the images too. For some reason I always enjoyed Amy Rose, Shadow, Silver, and Tails the most too.

The drums sound great here and very nice on the ears. The synth and bass remixing and remaking of the original piece sounds very crisp yet sad. It kind of lets you remember the good times you had playing all the Sonic games, good times they were.

Overall, nice work capturing the feel of the gallery song. Also good loop.

[TenchuX - Mario 64 - Slider]

Cheery

Really like how it maintains the original happiness and all. It was the simplest and fastest level to complete as well. Fall off at the right time early on and you can be right at the exit of the level which is pretty cool.

The accordion solo was really neat and very cool actually. The bass line was simple, fast, and fun sounding here. The whistles were great and kind of reminded me of some kid shows actually. The banjo was really neat.

The drums sound great and fast, love how they play such a simple beat too.

Overall, great cover.

[Forest of Illusion]

Illusions

I really loved the forest theme for some reason. It just felt so weird and when I was younger it took me a few days to find the right exit to reach the castle and finally exit the forest at last. It was still a really fun time. Really enjoyed the wigglers though as it was fun to keep jumping on them a lot. Also a nice loop.

The drums sound very pleasing and quite cool to me. The synth sounds groovy and I like how it seems to play on its own terms. The piano is a nice touch. Excellent work on the bass line too.

Overall, very nice remake.

[SMW Donut Plains [Remix]]

Cool remix

Donut Plains had such great music I think. It was a true break from most of the other music you heard as well while playing the game too. It also had some good level designs as well.

The drums are cool and give a hip feel to the song I think. The keyboard has a high feeling to it that makes this piece feel nice and simple too. Then you have the bass line simply going back and forth between two notes making the tune complete.

Overall, very nice piece of work.

[Paper Doopliss]

Great remake

I remember how long it took me before figuring out I need to find a missing letter to get his name down right. He had a very amazing battle theme though that I liked as much as Rawk Hawk and Shadow Queen's themes.

The drums were nicely done here. Really loved the synth playing up a creepy feel to it. The xylophone keeps the creepiness going strong and very strange. The strings make it very dramatic here and keeps the beat going.

Liked how you added in an intermission part where it plays the Super Mario World overworld theme for a moment too.

Overall, amazing remake.

Excellent

I have to say this sounds quite awesome. Love how the vocals seem like a mix of metal and punk put together. I think you guys did a great job on this piece, has backup vocals and everything.

The guitar sounds really sweet yet fast as well which is awesome. The bass flows well and plays a bit slower to help give the song a bit of pace and tempo. The double bass drums sound pretty sweet here and I do like them a lot too. Your vocals are great, like how they alternate between metal and punk.

Overall, awesome piece. \m/

Happiness

Well I have to say this gives a real happy feel to it. Would love to see it used in a side scroller, platform, or simply as opening/credit music since it has a real happy feel to it. While you play you don't feel so annoyed and you would just enjoy playing for the most part too.

The synth has two sides I see. One side plays some lighter and longer notes while the other plays a bit lower yet faster notes. Really like the synth solo used here since it makes the song sound pretty epic.

The bass line is so simple yet very smooth in this as it plays some simple notes for the user to enjoy anyways. Very pleasing. The drums are nice and sound as if they were paired with clapping which is nice.

Around 2:36 I liked it a lot as it sounded as if you had added in real guitars to the mix to play along too, very nice touch there I think.

Overall, very amazing piece of work.
