Relaxed subtle

It kind of makes you feel relaxed and happy inside anyways with the bubbly feeling of the beat as it plays. I guess the only thing even missing is lyrics but in my opinion I think these sound a whole lot better as simply instrumentals though. You kind of just want to smile as you hear this piece play and go to your ears too.

The chorus sounds very angelic and soft on the ears here as it goes from low to average a lot. Never getting too high or annoying thankfully as that makes it sound really nice.

The synth sounds very quirky yet cute at the same time strangely which is pretty nice here I think. It gives a feel of happiness but also a feel of being nervous as you talk to that girl for the first time hoping you get it right when you say hi to her.

The bass sounds pretty good here as it gives a good backing beat to help the song move along and sound really neat. The drums sound pretty good here as well as they provide a good beat and tempo for the song to move along.

The breakdown around 4:00 was pretty nice. I heard an ocean breeze as they beat began to work its way back up.

Overall, really nice sounding piece of work I think.

Pretty awesome

Nice competition piece here. It has a great beat and all as well. as for the winner of the match I would say it is probably you since you did a great job doing your part on this one as well. The beat is just great and smooth for the most part then goes to dub over time.

The synth kind of reminds me of space levels in a video game too, really swell I think. The synth just hits higher notes and makes me think of Metroid a lot. The bass is very thick and well notable here as well as it plays a strange yet nice beat. The drums are also very amazing here too. Love when they sound like Crazy Train for a moment too.

The dub sounds were incredible. They just give a full blown feeling of it having become a boss battle there against a giant floating mech like Metal Overload. Really cool though.

Overall, nice challenge piece.

Funny

I found this to be a pretty funny piece. However at the same time it seems to be quite lacking in potential sadly. It just seems to be a real simple piece with little rhythm to it sadly. The vocals are pretty funny anyways, reminds me a lot of Sling Blade too.

The bass line is pretty corny anyways. Not bad there. The drums are also cool yet simple here. I just think this could use more rhythm such as a faster bass rhythm and possibly a synth as well to give it more of a techno feel to it.

Overall, just lacking a lot.

Cool I guess

Personally not something I find completely good though since it is pretty hard to turn a real soft piece like the SS Anne theme into a dubstep beat because it just does not feel entirely right. When the dub sounds kick in it kind of starts to sound like some kind of underwater or surf theme you would hear while venturing the oceans in the Pokemon games.

The synth sounds nice when you add in the reverse sounds. Like how it remains soft for the most part though. The dub sounds are alright here since it is not a heavily used sound here. The drums are pretty cool since they have reverse sound effects used here as well.

Very nicely done loop though.

Overall, SS Anne just doesn't seem to be something that does well as a Dubstep sadly.

Rave it up

Sounds like a really cool drum n bass techno song anyways as it plays. Also kind of makes me think of it as being a boss battle piece that you would fight a boss to. The song has a good rhythm to it. Could also make for a really cool platform game song too actually, you run against the clock across the huge buildings and factory looking for the exit.

The synth sounds really nice here I think. At moments it has an ambient feel to it and at other times it seems to be sweeping the area and picking up speed as it plays along and makes for an almost completely awesome song.

The bass sounds good and wet here as it provides an awesome bass rhythm to boost the rest of the song as being awesome. The drums are cool and I like those drum fills I hear too, makes the piece sound pumped up a lot!

Overall, this is an incredible piece of work, nice job.

Dream fashion

Well I really like how this one starts out with a cheesy sounding line and quickly escalating to a techno dream sounding piece. Glow sticks are very appropriate here I think. Really nice and happy feeling piece. The tune just makes you feel good and completely relaxed. You just have a feeling of happiness.

The synth is very bouncy and nice here. You just want to rave anyways and have a good time with a few close friends of yours in your basement as you move stuff around so you have room to dance and simply have fun there. Love the great wave of synth here though.

The bass is simply pumped and nice here. The beat is helped to be moved along and given a feel of even more joy and happiness too. The drums sound pretty awesome and I love how they motivate the rest of the song to go forth and be great sounding.

Overall, sounds quite cool. Also the higher synth notes sometimes make me think of some girl singing in high notes.

Excellent remake

Is this an original piece or is from Sonic the Hedgehog 3? This is an awesome sounding piece to me though. It seems to have everything that makes it great. I wonder how it would sound with some growls put in there at different times. Love piece though.

The guitar sounds great. Liking how you used two of them here as well. Gives a feeling that two people are playing instead of one though. The bass sounds refined and even better than before here as the beat goes forth. The main riff on guitar is greatly done I think.

The drums were great. Also I seem to love the guitar solo you did midway through here. Adds a dramatic effect to the song like the final battle is going and you have to fight to win one last time. That is a nice long solo too. Would not mind learning how to play that though, sounds a lot like trills followed by really fast hammer ons and slight pull offs.

The heavy effect that comes into play gives the feeling the battle is in effect. You destroy the sword with a punch and the fight wages on with you both using fist and the ability to levitate. However the area is an enclosed ship.

Overall, awesome piece of work, loved it.

Pretty good anyways

Has a flow to it as if one was getting ready to head to a very interesting circus of sorts as well. It has a really cool beat to I think. You just seem to have done a very great job of getting the listener pumped before breaking the beat into full dubstep. Also the space core being added was awesome.

The dub sounds are all great as usual I see. The space core appears happy here too. The synth and bass make a nice combo as they provide the main beat and make you feel really pumped as you listen to the tune as well. The deeper sounding bass was a great touch.

The drums are great too. They hold a steady tempo and provide a cool pumped feel when the dub sounds come in.

Overall, sounds awesome. On a side note there was supposed to be secondary dialog for the space core stating it was scared of space and wanting to go back to earth after awhile. :P

Dreamy

It starts with a dream like feel to it. You awaken in a test chamber and quickly discover you must pass some tests to make it out of the lab alive. You pick up a strange looking gun. You aim at the wall and fire, a portal appears, you try to fire another one but notice the same color. Soon an exit appears, testing begins now...

The synth has a high sounding yet kazoo like feeling to it as well. It gives a feel that it could be a long day before you can finally leave and escape. The lower pitched areas of the synth playing sound kind of like 8-bit sounds actually, nice. The chorus gives a feel as if this is your final hope against GLaDOS as you search for the answers and the way out. The drums are awesome.

Overall, this is a great piece of work.

Thanks!

I like the visualization a lot! I'm wondering how you get these. Probably a healthy dose of imagination...

Soothing dub

The piano at the start is really soft and pleasing on the ears. Then it blasts over to dubstep with the cranked up bass and drums working together to create an epic orchestra of sorts. Loved the 8-bit used here as well, makes the piece feel like it was meant to be a retro piece used in an old styled video game on a game system.

The dub sounds are really nice and add a great effect to it as if the player had just run across a boss that they had to do battle with and defeat somehow using only their skills they had acquired throughout the game as well. The tune kind of has a great quirky feel to it and sounds great though.

Overall, awesome dream like song.
