Same but cooler

Well I noticed with this one you changed how the drums sound a bit and I like how you added a kick around 3:00 to give it an extra awesome raving feel to it. The claps being added to the drums was a great touch. Loved the echo on them as well.

The synths still sound the same for the most part to me. I liked the door opening near the start to. Gives a feel of someone getting ready to arrive at a party and just have fun with friends and strangers alike. Very pleasing there. The organ solo is still rather awesome with the storm going on in the background to give a great atmospheric feel to the song. I also hear some voices a bit too I think. Crafty.

Then it goes back up into a fully amazing piece of work.

Overall, incredibly awesome Halloween piece. That creepy yet awesome laugh leading to the rave was great.

Welcome to.... Halloween!!

Well that buildup took awhile but I think it ended up going pretty well with how it gives a good creepy atmospheric tone to the song. The rain really gives a feel of just being lost in the rain with maybe an umbrella riddled with a few holes making you get wet which kind of sucks in a way.

The synth gives a strange carnival ride and feel to the whole song making you feel kind of awkward. The backing synth gives a feel of constant rising while running from place to get candy from people since time is candy on Nightmare Night.

The drums were pretty simple and very enjoyable I think. The organ you added gives a feel of entering a safe place and yet people are dressed strangely there as well making you feel even more weird on that night. The bass is simple yet bouncy and I like that.

Overall, nice Halloween song, good work on this one. I like how it changes to a rave later in.

LOUDER

Well this seems to be rather classy and quite enjoyable I think. Kind of feel like there is rain in the background but that is only me hilariously. Very relaxing song though. I found it quite enjoyable. Smooth dance beat.

The synth is pretty great here and real enjoyable to me. The bass has a good bounce to it making me feel even better inside. The drums are classy and nice. I like the ambient background here as well giving atmosphere of things being calm and maybe being at a concert hall too.

Overall, enjoyable. :D

Same as other

Except there is no Pinkie. Still an excellent dance song though and very enjoyable to listen to.

Pumping up Pinkie's dance machine!

Well this sounds pretty sweet I think as well as very well crafted up too. Love the vocals here from Pinkie Pie as well and how she makes it so much more of a party too. The tune makes me feel really good and quite happy at the same time too. This is totally our jam!! And peanut butter too!

The synth sounds very nice on this one and very uplifting. Fast learner like I am it seems which is a good trait in this world too. The drums are cool and I like the claps giving a feel of people stomping on the floor as well as breakdancing too. The secondary synth feels very spaced out and fun to listen to as well.

The song just makes you really want to party all night long too. Get some glow sticks and a big enough room and you can rave and break dance all night provided you give people songs that let them know it is break time and they don't have to dance if they don't want to.

Overall, very great song I think. Really like this one too.

I got the idea to remaster it from you :P

I'll explain it to you on some mysterious site ;)

Wonderful

Well I think this is a really smooth cover and all it needs now is just some vocals added for it to be pitch perfect I think. Very smooth playing though and makes you think of a lot of calm things I think. Nice how he was one of those few left handed guitarists too.

This cover is smooth as your other ones so far too. The playing of it seems to sound calm as well too. Very calm and smooth cover.

Overall, another nice one. Ever thought of adding vocals?

gamejunkie responds:

Thanks, your reviews are awesome, always thoughtful and very much appreciated. Yes, we intend to release some new tracks very soon with vocals. We searched for some time. It was just a matter of finding the right lead singer, and we think we have found the perfect girl. So expect some new original tracks with vocals fairly soonish.

Cheers gamejunkie.

Very complex

Sounds a bit like what I play on my guitar sometimes when I get real bored and just start hitting random notes on the guitar not caring too much on what it sounds like when I do it. However if it starts to sound good then I repeat it and try to add on a bit to it to see if I can make it sound better.

The guitar here sounds furiously mad and I like it a lot too. Very nice playing on the guitar I think and it is well done too. The only other thing I notice at times is the treble in the background kind of feels like a moving bass or car sometimes. Maybe it's just me though. You play Jimi Hendrix very well.

Loved the breakdown here as it sounded just like the original to me and I liked it a lot too.

What kind of microphone are you guys using to record this stuff anyways and how much do they tend to cost?

Overall, another great Jimi Hendrix cover.

gamejunkie responds:

Thanks again for another awesome review. Actually all the equipment belongs to a good friend of mine, except for my guitars and amps, so I will have to get back to you on type of Mic and approx cost. I will let you know though.

Cheers gamejunkie.

Jimi!!

Well this actually sounds pretty cool to me. Not bad for a cover at all either. The guitar sounds quite beautiful to me. That makes me think I've been using a Peavey Rockmaster II since I began. Might just sell it off for a much better guitar too I think which would help a lot too.

The guitar was just awesome here anyways and I liked it a lot. Some parts it felt like there was a light bass in the back backing up the guitar too. All it needs is drums and it would be perfect I think. Very nice song. On the other hand I still wish I had a drum kit. :P

Overall, great cover piece!!

gamejunkie responds:

Thanks heaps, great review as always. And I hear what your saying about adding Drums, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of making Guitar Covers. Your kind words are always very much appreciated.

Cheers gamejunkie.

Wow, just wow

Large amount of listens, downloads, and votes yet rarely a review in site! Oh well, I guess that's what makes the audio portal great is that it is calmer in having less reviews done is all. Very nice song though and I really like how it manages to flow like a waterfall too. Very nice piece of work too.

The synth is very cool and I like how it seems to carry a slight echo effect with it wherever it seems to go on this track. Also I seem to notice a hint of a piano behind it am I right? The bass sounds really nice and almost feels as if it was the pulse and life of the song as well too I think. The drums are really cool and the kicks are great to enjoy.

Song actually does sound like something I would play at a dance too to try calming things down for a moment before playing a faster track to speed things back up again. Very calm dancing song I think. Just need glow sticks and disco beams to make it fun.

Overall, this is an excellent track. I really enjoyed it!!

YakovlevArt responds:

Awesome!
Im glad you liked it =]

-Your right, there is piano in there. I put many of the leads, synths, and basses, and whatnot through some minor effects to give it more depth. It's cool that you noticed it =]

Thanks for the review!

Spaceeeeeeeeeeeee

Kind of makes me feel as if I was floating in space and simply enjoying the views of everything around me as I went nowhere any time fast with just my imagination to keep me company as I floated along wondering what would happen next in the huge airless vacuum of space. Very cool song though.

The synth has a aerodynamic feel to it as if letting you know you were lost in space. The secondary synth sounds a bit cheesy but still really nice too. The drums are quite simple and nice on the ears I think giving that great backdrop for the song to make it all feel so much better I think.

Overall, very nice song, looking forward to the final piece.
