That Blue Shell and torn up outfit... I would be mad too if someone ruined my outfit during a race. I could see her making a drastic comeback while knocking every single racer out as a sort of "leave me alone assholes" kind of thing. Also, following you now, like your art style. :D

Looks nice and simple. It took me a moment to see the color of her eyes due to how light the shades of blue are, aside from erasing the bit of faint ear leftover on the right ear and maybe making the eye color a bit easier to see, looks nice.

She had such a wonderful hairstyle I loved when I used to play Emerald. She had the oddest yet shortest time to reach over (2 wins then 14) and she had such a great team setup.
