Looks a lot like she was staring down at someone who either just fell or woke up. I suppose her personality will be fun to figure out for whoever she is staring at.
I really like her hair style though. Seems to have a fancy look to it and it is also a wonderful shade of blue.
The sky looks very nice too. It kind of looks like a blend of real sky and then clouds were later drawn in for a nice sky texture.
Overall, really nice.
This is quite an amazing piece of work. Really like how it seems to remind me of Sailor Moon in a way. As in Sailor Moon also had to call on the power of her friends in a time of great need to get over an obstacle overcome an incredibly powerful enemy in the series. Really peaceful at the same time however, as if she was clearing her mind even though there is possibly a lot of chaos going on around her. Beautiful artwork!
She looks quite adorable. I really like the facial expressions of the pillows behind her too. Then she just seems to be relaxing for this photo shoot or possibly relaxing in her own room possibly.
I think she looks really nice. However, I'm not sure if the few white lines (such as on the left side of her pants, or hair near the face, or the outline of her for that matter) are a coloring error or intentional in this piece. Also, guessing it is meant to be a little humorous that the corset piece shows her breast are a bit smaller than what the corset is meant to hold. Makes it cute in a way I suppose. Have fun practicing future art styles.
She looks to be quite interesting. The only thing I think I would change here is maybe one or two less stars in the background. Aside from that, she looks fantastic. Would you ever consider putting her and your other OCs into an RPG game of some sort?
Difficult. They don't live on the same plane of existence :S Maybe someday the story will grow to a point where they might cross paths but... it's unlikely.

The game looks like it could be promising and fun to play. Looks like once again it would be a game requiring using both arrow/wasd keys and the mouse to aim and shoot. Hope it gets chosen as a game possibly.
