Incredible

This is pretty good guitar playing if its actually you playing this. I'm still learning to play Pepper's Ghost actually which is a pretty fun and fast paced song. The guitar riff and solo here are just mind boggling as well as excellent. The drums provide the backbone and make it sound a lot better as well.

Overall, a very good song, great use of the killswitch as well on the guitar. Looking forward to more guitar playing from you, keep it up!!

Solid

Have to say this does fit the title as all the sounds except fro the drums have an underwater feeling to them actually. The wet synth and bass just flow along very smoothly and create a very nice song. Could see this as an excellent dance song or maybe as a tune for an underwater boss battle in a really hard game as well.

The overall flow just seems to tell its own story as if you had just gotten underwater and you have to navigate the sewers and a few dirty areas to make it back to the surface to survive. Just as you come to the exit a boss appears and blocks your way. Defeating it is the only way out.

Overall, a pretty solid beat but the bomb sound effect kind of got overused in some places, nice job.

Mother 3 again

I haven't played Mother 3 in a good long time, sounds like the title theme I think. Has sort of a creepy vibe with the ambient chirping sound that plays along with the song actually. This however tended to sound good for the most part. The drums and synths were nice and solid. That game was quite strange though since I had no idea what time period I was in.

I got slightly annoyed finding out Porky had experimented on Lucas' brother and made him the final boss, evil fat kid/old guy. Aside from all that, this was a good and solid beat, very nice work.

Not bad

Although I prefer the original full and awesome version over this shorter remade piece. I really don't see that much of a difference aside from sounding more retro and adding in a few different sounds to it while speeding up the tempo at the same time.

Still though, I guess it sounds alright. Work on more and keep them lengthy as if they were all telling their own kind of story, those appear to be a lot cooler actually. Not bad though for a short quick redux song though.

cybervegeto22 responds:

It's actually the same tempo; it just sounds faster because of the arp I added. This one is strictly for flash games or anything where people want a constant background sound that is at the same time not too repetitive.
I am definitely trying to keep my songs lengthy; I am working on about 8 more right now, but all are going incredibly slow - not because there are so many to focus on, but because they're all trying to 'tell a [very difficult] story.' :P
Thanks for the review!

Classy retro

Has a very classy yet video game like feel to it with the slow starting bass and then bells, synths, and drums all join in and start to make an excellent beat together in perfect harmony actually. Really have to say this captivated my ears and kept me listening until the very end of it as well. Would have to say you have great potential with these kind of songs.

Keep making more, you are doing a grand job to be honest. Looking forward to some more beats from you. Kind of feel like I was running along rooftops hunting for cheeseburgers and a couple of kittens to save, excellent work here. Kudos on future work.

Not bad

Considering you spent some time just making an instrumental version of a cool song I will give you some kudos for that because I have never found an instrumental of this song sadly. This satisfies my need for wanting to sing the song. the cover sounds a little off with the instruments but otherwise you did a great job of covering it.

Looking forward to more instrumentals in the future.

Very good

A very loud and awesome mashup actually. It's hilarious how linkin park and this song go together. Made me laugh a lot too. XD Great job on a hilarious piece of work like this. Still love all your mashups so far. Keep making more. Do you take requests?

excellent piece

DJSethLee responds:

XD
Yeah. Totally know what you mean. I freaked out some school friends with this. I take requests as long as they're possible. The songs can't be too noisy, Must have good, high quality, clean recordings, And preferrably, If there's instrumentals or acapellas. That makes it a lot easier. lol

Happy you like my works though.

Sounds freaking great!!

Really like how this turned out. Syncing two songs and making them sound even better at the same time. I must say that fusing an anime and a rock song haven't sounded as cool as this so far. Looking forward to more song fusions from you. This is a very great song. really did enjoy it.

Looking forward to more.

Thanks a ton! Happy you like it. ^w^

Heavy assassin

I get a great feel that the ninja could be slightly obese for some reason but you have done an excellent job of remixing and remaking the Street Fighter ninja theme. However at some points it felt like you were holding back as if you hadn't made it as awesome it could be. Even when you held back you seem to have done an excellent job of pumping out a great song.

Kind of gives me a feel like I am in the city and lurking around at night while being cautious not to let the foe get me. They found me! Let the fighting begin!!

The wah wahs, drums, synths, and sitar sounds come together and make an excellent beat. Great job here, looking forward to more.

Cam3leon responds:

Haha well I guess I could tweak a few sounds to channel his swift, wiry nature. But it's still a work in progress so hopefully if I was holding back, I'll go all out in the final version. I may trade the saz (the sitar sounds) for a more Oriental instrument though. I'll think about it. I'm glad you felt the dangerous nighttime mood though! Glad you enjoyed it!

Good remake

I really like how close to the original that this beat comes. The "go" I hear could be taken out I think and it would come very close to the original but the addition of lasers, bells, whistles and a lot of other great added sounds. Really enjoyed the buildup area since it gave it that desperation feel to it as if you were fighting for your life all over again.

Have to say though, you did a otherwise excellent job of making a good song even better with some awesome added sounds and a voice into it as well dissing Mario for no reason. Great piece of work here.

Looking forward to more in the future.
