Disturbing

Wow is this the most disturbing of the set. Church bells and some heavy breathing make it weird. Kind of makes me think of a saw as well. Was this supposed to be the part of the theme where the person feels isolated and just discovered bad things had happened?

Also heavily makes me think of the Resident Evil 2 main hall and River Twyx theme. Both are creepy. Nice and creepy tune you made Rucklo.

Exband the imagination

Kind of feels like my mind is being opened to new imaginative things but it feels weird. Also what's those animal sounds supposed to be anyways? They sound a bit creepy. The chorus sound is pleasing and unlike the others in the series so far, this one sounds a bit creepy but a lot happier at the same time.

Gives of a vibe like someone is seeing into your mind and being weird as well, nice job here.

Isolated hope

This has a very close feel of isolation and yet you would also have a feeling of hope as well like you may stand a chance against the zombies or headcrabs taking over everything and replacing it with death and pain. The whoosh sound is nice and the ambient piano effects is chilling and the louder sound I hear is slightly odd as well.

Creepy yet a good piece as well.

Bizarre O_o

This just feels very bizarre like I was stuck in a room between rooms which is also a bizarre song as well. This kind of falls into the dark industrial area as well. Kind of gives a feel like you are all alone and yet you may have a chance to stop the killer before they reach you.

This tune flows really nicely as well, creepy though, nice work here.

Dark tone

This has a pretty dark tone to it actually. Kind of makes you feel a bit scared if you listen to it a few times in a dark room with no lights on. If you were aiming to make someone feel isolated and scared with this loop you probably would have done a good job of it actually. I actually would like to see this in a flash game as well.

Nice work on this loop as Rucklo.

Space Cowboy

This has a lively space cowboy feel to it just so you know and it loops almost perfectly if you cut off the last second of it. The guitar moment was also nice as well. It seems to flow along like a ninja in the wild. This is a good piece though. Would love to see it in a flash game or video in the future. Also slightly reminds me of some 80's shows I have watched at one point or another.

Nice job on this piece Rucklo.

Long and epic

A little over 12 minutes long? That is one long orchestra medley. I can recognize every tune that plays in this song which is even better. Nostalgia ahoy. The intro sounds like a mix of the title screen and fourside put together and then it turns to the naming process part which sounds very soft and then to Onett.

Onett has such a subtle and cheery sound to it as well, real peaceful feeling. Sadly that meteorite was the start of the problems right? Then we switch to Twotown. I think it is pretty funny how the first four towns have numbers as prefixes in them as well. The long amount of orchestra in this is just mind melting to me.

The overworld themes vary a bit and I think the only time it is different is in Threed and the desert section where you hear a bit of a radio from time to time.

The hotel part was good and peaceful as well and it covers the morning after and the store area as well. The runaway five part was very good and comes close to covering the original theme as well.

Fourside is probably one of my favorite parts of this medley though. This is just one long and epic piece of music as well. Fourside had peaceful music but Moonside was so weird and bizarre along with having a creepy vibe to it to make it even worse.

Nice work on the desert area as well. It comes very close including the radio build up from the original, awesome job there. The monkeys were pretty chill and nice as well but you had to go buy so much to go through the cave. The subtle battle theme I hear afterward... is that from the Dinosaur section or what?

The Winter and Summer theme parts were nice as well. Threed with zombies area was nicely covered as well I think. I found it pretty funny how Poo came from a strange spot and the lake Tessie is a parody of Nessie. Nice work at 8:06 of doing a cover part of "Pokey, Armed and Dangerous" which isn't the Giygas theme as most think it is.

I remember that creepy thing's theme as heavy breathing and crystal sounds though. The Pokey boss theme was very well done though, I see it was also the longest part as well in the medley orchestra. Very nice work there.

I listened for a bit expecting to hear the Giygas theme but never heard it though. The peaceful tune after the Pokey theme playing at the end seemed like a nice way to end the song since it was credit music.

I like how the credit song itself in the game was simply a medley of all the songs in the game with a more softer tone to them. Good work here.

Overall, a long and beautifully done remake, nice work.

Retro cool

Has a heavily retro feel to it actually which is pretty great. The drums sound a bit different as well, kind of a Linkin Park feel to them. The keyboard makes it also sound even better since it has the main rhythm going and all. Kind of makes me think of a weird deserted urban city type level in a game.

The flow of the song seems to be uptight and then for a moment it chills down a bit and gets uptight again. Really good loop, sounds very nice, could see it being used in a flash game. Nice work on this.

Sounds cool

I like it started out and gradually builds up into an incredible piece. The way it is retro through and through is brilliant as well. Kind of makes me feel like I am on an adventure actually which is pretty sick as well. The siren feeling sound is great actually, makes me feel like I am escaping someone. All the sounds make me feel retro and as if I was collecting and shooting things.

The overall flow is chilling yet so amazing as well and I love it. Great job on this piece.

The breakdown was amazing.

Overall, kind of reminds me of Scott Pilgrim and TMNT the game, great job.

Hey SCTE3 :)
THanks for your review. Anyhow, i don't know exactly what you mean by siren sound. I geuss one of the slidey synths? Well i never planned that this song would mean anything or feel like anything. I just had loads of fun making it and that's it :P. But still thanks for saying that it sounds retro.

Hmm, i've never seen Scott Pilgrim before nor played TMNT the game. Maybe i should look into those.

Pretty cool

Good grief the original makes you feel real hyper as well as this one. The tune is fast paced as well as being cool. The chiptuning and the bass line are good. I like the upbeat keyboard breakdown which makes one feel good and hyper. This is a good remix of a song being turned into an 8-bit masterpiece as well.

Nice work.
