Slow then deep

Really enjoyed the stringed instrument at the start. It just sounded so calm and relaxing. Then the bass comes in and it begins to sound like a tune from an old retro SNES or Genesis game system which I thought was pretty cool actually. Very nice piece here.

The stringed instrument helps keep the piece close to calm and relaxing in my opinion. Then the wub and bass kick it up and make it sound like a pretty cool side scrolling level tune. The drums are calm and have a pretty cool rhythm going on with them.

Overall, this actually seems to be a pretty cool piece, very nice work here.

Amazing

Great work on this piece, it just seems to make you feel happy and as if you were floating with good thoughts in your head. You did quite a swell job on this piece and that makes me happy anyways.

The bass is completely pumping with happiness and that is great. I really like how the synth builds up into a full beat that becomes enjoyable to the listener. I think that does well for a piece like this that tries to make one feel good. The drums are generic but then again not too many songs go out of their way to make a special drum track.

I like how this song goes down then builds back up rapidly a few times with the bass pumping on the ears. This is a great piece of work, good job on it.

Overall, great piece.

hey thanks a lot for this review! drums are my weakest point for sure. I'm trying to get more into dubstep to get my drum skills up since i know i need to work on the alteration of my drum patterns to add some flare. thanks again!

Rap remix

Well I think this makes it sound like a church like thing was going on instead of it being a mountain resting place for dead Pokemon. The Lavender Town of Generation III if you may. This sounds like it turned out well for a remix of a good tune.

The synth keeps the classy and creepy feel of the mountain which is quite nice to do. The drums are very neat here and do a good flow of rhythm. I enjoy how the second synth comes in and makes it all sound a bit faster yet awesome.

Overall, a very cool remix of Mt. Pyre, nice work here.

Nicely done

I have to say that this piece was rather cool to me anyways. I like how it manages to flow and stay amazing the whole way here. You did a nice job. Sounds like a happy piece.

I really like how the synth makes you think of happy things to do and say to people I think. The bass line flows very nicely and I like how it goes in this tune. The drums sound so cool and I love how they work.

The tune just seems to make you feel like you could fly during the night I guess with angel wings. You did a splendid job here.

Overall, great work!

Epic remix

Reminds me of how fun that one battle was. You spent ages trying to get the bugger and then it faced you. The sad thing is if you beat it or let it simply leave then you could not get Ho-oh as you needed Suicune to go up the tower.

The synth is quite amazing in this one and I like how manage to capture the original spirit of the battle as it made you gasp every time it got out of the ball. I could never get Raikou for some strange reason. The drums sound epic here and so does the chorus. Amazing work on this.

Overall, greatly epic remix of a cool song.

Amazing progress!!

Pretty sweet start off with the mixture of vocals just saying completely random things, I guess they work together as incomprehensible. Very cool piece though and I like the way it manages to flow into a successful piece of work.

The wet bass was a nice addition here and kind of makes me think of a radio mixed with some old SNES games I used to play actually. The synth just comes and goes as it pleases which is nice to hear I see. The drums were casual and calming yet charmingly fast at the same time so I do admire theme.

I think the way the song flows kind of makes you think it is totally random which I think it is anyways. I really like what you did on this piece. I found it to be quite interesting and very nice to listen to.

Overall, quite random but very neat and coo lat the same time. Hope you can find vocals like you are looking for.

Decibel responds:

Yeah, the vocals were a completely random though, I just started randomly clicking and adding here and there to fill the intro, because believe it or not, it sounds really empty without those little vocal slices.

Wow, it really does fit at incomprehesible, haha thanks for telling me, I never really noticed.

Thanks for the reviews, you're great at 'em :)

Awesome

Really liked the drums used here. It sounds a bit sloppy yet calm at the same time. The bass line is very simple and keeps a good bass rhythm going the whole time. Really liked the synth though as it sounded light and bubbly for a hip hop synth. Then the second synth came in and played cool yet deep notes to make you feel awesome.

The tune kind of sounds like it would make credit or intro music to some movie I think. The tune has a strange way of just kind of coming to you and making you feel good about life and how it is going for you. I think you did one fine job on this piece.

Overall, pretty nice hip hop piece.

Mellow

Really enjoy the mellow atmosphere of this piece for the most part. Kind of lulls you into sleeping I guess. However it also kind of reminds me of Resident Evil One as well where I would discover the basement area but could not figure out what to do after that which always made me feel kind of down and sad.

Really loving the ambient long synth notes at play here as they kind of make you feel calm at least. The second synth comes in and tries to help you relax more too. I think you did a mind boggling and pleasing job here. Really liked how the third synth had highly cheery notes and kind of sounded like a sax to me as well.

The drums kind of carry a rhythm that makes you feel as if you might be getting ready to encounter a boss of some sort inside a mansion filled with zombies and other things meant to harm you.

Overall, great piece. Yea it does make me remember Resident Evil, nice.
