I like the colors and imagery here. I could see this being used in the TCG series. Celebi and Oddish both look so surprised to meet each other while Bulbasaur is off the distant. The shades of blue are so soft looking and give an aura of Celebi's time portal producing a bright light. :D

Absolutely perfect and incredible piece of pixel art. Hard to believe it has been 30 years since the Game Boy first hit store shelves.
